He possesses extensive experience in economic law, consumer law, and competition law. He has participated in administrative and judicial proceedings before the competition authority in relation to anti-competitive practices, unfair competition and company mergers. In the area of consumer law, he has participated in proceedings related to advertising, warranties, and defective products, among others.
