About Darío Cadena

Darío Cadena is the director of the Competition and Consumer practices. He holds an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley and has been admitted to practice in the State of New York since 2009. He possesses extensive experience in economic law, consumer law, and competition law. He has participated in administrative and judicial proceedings before the competition authority in relation to anti-competitive practices, unfair competition and company mergers. In the area of consumer law, he has participated in proceedings related to advertising, warranties, and defective products, among others.
