In addition, he is the co-head of the firm's Life Sciences practice. Enrique holds a postgraduate degree in Labour Law from the Universidad Bolivariana and was awarded an International Scholarship in Active Labor Policies, at the Institute of the International Labor Organization (ILO-UN) in Geneva, Switzerland. Enrique was a member of the first National Counsel of Social Security in Health, which issued the norms that structured the current Colombian health system through Law 100 of 1993.
