Natalia Ossa is an intellectual property and entertainment lawyer with over 12 years’ experience advising on audiovisual and creative projects across Latin America. She specialises in film, television and digital entertainment transactions, advising producers, platforms, creators, talent, distributors and other industry stakeholders on copyright, neighbouring rights, licensing, chain of title, co-productions and complex entertainment agreements. She has advised on more than 50 audiovisual projects, including productions involving international streaming platforms such as Netflix and Disney. Natalia is a partner at CreativeLaw, an entertainment and IP firm with a presence in Chile and Colombia, where she focuses on cross-border audiovisual matters.
