About Elene Kikalia

Elene Kikalia is a senior lawyer at MB Legal LLC, which she joined after five years in banking and regulatory compliance, first as a leading lawyer at PASHA Bank Georgia, handling regulatory compliance and commercial transactions, and previously at Bank of Georgia, acting in commercial disputes and court proceedings. Within the real estate practice she works on the finance and security side, on mortgage and secured lending structures and lender regulatory requirements, and on acquisition due diligence and registration of title. She has been a certified attorney of the Georgian Bar Association, specialising in civil law, since 2022.
