About Nino Rurua

Nino Rurua is a partner at MB Legal LLC and head of the firm’s civil law department, which she joined in 2025 after serving as chief legal officer of Paysera Bank Georgia JSC. Her real estate practice spans investor and developer mandates: acquisitions, title due diligence and registration, secured lending and commercial leasing, acting for foreign investors, residential developers and international retailers entering the Georgian market. She also advises on cross-border holding structures and regulatory compliance for financial institution clients. She is a member of the Georgian Bar Association, specialising in civil law, since 2020.
