About Lukáš Nývlt

Lukáš Nývlt is a partner at HKDW and has worked at the firm for over ten years. He specialises in judicial and arbitration proceedings, energy law, public procurement, administrative proceedings and corporate law. He is registered with the Czech Bar Association and is an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic (since 2010). Lukáš graduated from the Faculty of Law – Charles University in Prague in 2000. He provides legal advice in Czech and English and has been recognised as a specialist in the energy sector and dispute resolution.
