About Maître Aboubacar Sidiki Kanté

Maître Aboubacar Sidiki Kanté is the founder of ASK Avocats in Conakry and is admitted to the Bars of Guinea and Paris. He advises mining groups and their investors on the full range of their operations and represents them before the Guinean courts and in international arbitration, including for one of the principal participants in the Simandou project. His arbitration practice has grown with the recent wave of mining permit revocations in the region. He holds two LLM degrees from Washington University in St Louis: one in United States law and the other in negotiation and dispute resolution; he works in French and English.
