is a partner whose practice focuses on corporate/M&A, capital markets and corporate governance. She has acted as an adviser on IPOs and debt issues, as well as to several Colombian and international clients in matters such as cross-border M&A and all related corporate governance aspects. Claudia has also advised the Colombian government in various privatisation processes, especially in the energy sector. She has a postgraduate degree in commercial law from the Universidad de los Andes as well as an LLM in international business legal studies from the University of Exeter. She has been a member of the Family Firm Institute in the United States since 2016 and is a Scholarship Officer of the Women Lawyers Interest Group of the International Bar Association, having handled issues involving women in the profession since 2008 and been involved in the advancement of female associates in the firm.
