About Lasha Nodia

Lasha Nodia practises in the areas of banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, real estate finance, litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. He is the founder of Nodia, Urumashvili and Partners and has been the managing partner since 2005. Prior to founding the firm, Lasha served as counsel and head of the legal department at JSC Bank Republic (1996-2005). He is a member of Georgian Bar Association and a deputy chairman of the Georgian Arbitrators Association. He is an accredited mediator at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), the co-founder and chairman of the legal committee of the Georgian Business Association and a member of the Business Rehabilitation and Insolvency Practitioners Association.
