Prior to founding the firm, Lasha served as counsel and head of the legal department at JSC Bank Republic (1996-2005). He is a member of Georgian Bar Association and a deputy chairman of the Georgian Arbitrators Association. He is an accredited mediator at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), the co-founder and chairman of the legal committee of the Georgian Business Association and a member of the Business Rehabilitation and Insolvency Practitioners Association.
