joined the well-respected team of Nodia, Urumashvili & Partners in 2019. She received her LLM degree in International and European Business Law from KU Leuven and is currently pursuing her PhD at Tbilisi State University, focusing on competition law. She is regarded as one of the key players of the team working on Europeanisation and international issues. As a young lawyer, her interests and practice areas range from competition, M&A, banking and finance, to corporate, ADR, restructuring and insolvency law. She is currently an invited lecturer in the leading public and private universities in Georgia, giving lectures in contract law, international private law and mediation.
