About Federico García

Federico García is an associate at Parra Rodríguez Abogados with more than five years of experience advising on corporate, M&A, and cross-border transactions. His practice covers corporate structuring, transactional matters, and domestic and international commercial agreements involving Colombian companies and foreign investors. He also advises on structured finance matters and has experience in complex insolvency proceedings before the Colombian Superintendency of Companies. Federico was a research scholar at UNIDROIT in Rome, where he conducted research on the Luxembourg Rail Protocol to the Cape Town Convention. He also works as a teaching assistant for the Economics and Law course at Universidad del Rosario.
