About Juan Felipe Benedeti

Juan Felipe Benedeti is a senior associate and leads the labour and employment practice at Parra Rodríguez Abogados. He co-ordinates the firm’s advisory and litigation work across individual and collective labour matters, representing employers in judicial and administrative proceedings. His practice focuses on labour counselling, compliance programmes, restructurings, disciplinary processes, business closures, and immigration matters. In addition to private practice, he teaches Labour Litigation II at Universidad de los Andes and lectures on Pontificia Universidad Javeriana’s compliance diploma programme. He holds a Law degree from Universidad de los Andes and holds a Master’s degree in Labour and Social Security Law.
