About Guillermo Morales

Guillermo Morales is a founding partner of Morales & Besa and has vast experience advising national and international companies and financial institutions in corporate finance matters, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity securities offerings, corporate restructurings, and the regulation of the banking and securities industry. He is the Honorary Legal Adviser of the British Embassy in Santiago and a member of the Bar Association in Chile. He has previously acted as secretary of the Inter-American Affairs Committee of the New York City Bar Association. He graduated max cum laude from the Universidad de Chile School of Law and holds an LLM degree from the University of Chicago School of Law.
