About Myriam Barahona

Myriam Barahona is a partner at Morales & Besa. She has focused her practice on commercial, financial and corporate advice matters, both at national and foreign levels. She has broad experience in infrastructure and energy project finance, banking finance, investment funds and in the placement of shares and bonds. She worked as a foreign associate at Allen & Overy LLP New York, USA (2007–2008). Myriam graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an LLM from University of Chicago, USA.
