About Carolina Hardy

Carolina Hardy is currently director of the family offices area at Alcaino | Abogados. She primarily advises family offices, holding companies of family groups and high net worth individuals on matters such as corporate governance, corporate structuring for the incorporation of subsequent generations, family protocols and philanthropy. Carolina has a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, where she also obtained her Master’s degree in Tax Law. She has training in the Management of Family Business from the ESE Business School of Chile, and in the High Management Program, Board of Women, Mujeres Empresarias & Cambridge Business Association.
