About Gustavo Villela

Gustavo Villela joined Alcaino | Abogados in 2020 as an associate in the family offices area. He advises family offices and family business groups on a range of matters, including investments (with a focus on regulatory control of participations and compliance with financial industry requirements), the establishment of family offices and the recruitment of executives and employees, and the formation of foundations and non-profit corporations. Gustavo has a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, where he also obtained his Master’s degree in Business Law.
