About Carolina Retana Herrera

Carolina Retana Herrera joined Zurcher, Odio & Raven in 2024 as a senior associate, and has extensive experience in complex M&A transactions. On a day-to-day basis, she assists in highly complex national and multi-jurisdictional transactions, providing comprehensive support on due diligence, contract negotiation, merger control filing and post-transaction handlings. Prior to joining the firm, Carolina worked at a global law firm and at the national competition authority, COPROCOM. Her experience enables her to bring a unique perspective to her assessments.
