About Claudio Donato Monge

Claudio Donato Monge is a partner at Zurcher, Odio & Raven and leads the Competition Law practice. He is a former president of the Commission for the Promotion of Competition and one of the pioneers of competition law in Costa Rica, with more than 30 years’ experience in the field. Claudio has led various procedures before the Commission for the Promotion of Competition in the field of merger notification and in investigations of different anti-competitive practices and is a regular consultant regarding draft bills and reforms in the competition legal framework.
