About Douglas Soto

Douglas Soto focuses on banking, M&A, joint ventures, real estate and foreign investment at Zurcher, Odio & Raven. He has vast experience in representing top-ranked financial institutions, with a deep understanding of the domestic and international banking market. His expertise includes syndicated and bilateral, secured and unsecured, and domestic and cross-border financing transactions. He has extensive experience in representing international financial institutions in domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions, including in the regulatory field. He also focuses on private equity and M&A. In addition to a law degree from the Universidad de Costa Rica, he holds a post-graduate degree in commercial law and an HLSEE for M&A from Harvard Law School.
