About Osvaldo Madrigal Méndez

Osvaldo Madrigal Méndez is an associate and member of the banking and finance department at Zurcher, Odio & Raven. He has more than 15 years of experience in regulatory agencies and advising public institutions and private companies. He is a consultant for international organisations such as UNDP and IADB, and specialises in financial law, stock markets law, regulation, and TMT law. Osvaldo is a professor of Financial and Stock Market Law at ULACIT Postgraduate School. In addition to a law degree, he has a Master’s in Law, Economics and Public Policies and a Master’s in Business Administration. He is also a member and regular speaker at the Ibero-American Association of Regulatory Studies (ASIER).
