About Miguel Elizondo-Soto

Miguel Elizondo-Soto is a senior associate, head of the insurance practice and a member of the banking and finance department at Zurcher, Odio & Raven. He has experience in civil law and commercial law, with an emphasis on banking and insurance matters. He advises several financial entities and local and international banks on structuring, closing debt financing, loan security packages, the structuring and implementation of trusts, and financial regulatory matters. Miguel provides legal support to local and international loss adjusters and insurance and reinsurance companies, regarding insurance claims for loss events. He also provides corporate legal advice to local and international companies on doing business in Costa Rica.
