About Randall Barquero

Randall Barquero has over 25 years of experience in the banking and fintech sectors. He has considerable experience working with national and international financial companies in local and cross-border lending, project finance and M&A. He also helps financial institutions and fintech start-ups with commercial, regulatory and compliance issues. Randall has been involved in M&A between fintech start-ups and traditional players in Costa Rica. He has spoken at local and international banking and fintech events about topics and new trends in the sector. He heads Consortium Legal’s regional fintech practice and the corporate banking practice in the Costa Rica office. He is currently a board member of the Fintech Association of Central America.
