About Mónica Cabeza de Vaca

Mónica Cabeza de Vaca is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra, where she advises on various competition matters in Mexico, including investigation proceedings for anticompetitive practices, leniency programme applications, judicial processes and merger notifications. Mónica also advises on compliance programmes related to competition. She has more than six years’ experience in the practice and, before joining the firm, worked in the Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE) and in the specialised courts in the field. Mónica has broad experience across various industries, including telecommunications, real estate, digital platforms, energy and financial services.
