Michel Llorens is a counsel at Von Wobeser y Sierra, where he focuses on complex merger notifications and investigations of cartel and abuse of dominance practices. Michel’s broad experience spans several diverse industries, including chemical products, energy, oil and gas, consumer products, financial services, and passenger land transport. He also participated in investigations launched by the Inter-American Development Bank to detect a possible collusion in the highway infrastructure industry in Colombia. Michel has also represented several clients in cases involving cartels and abuse of dominance practices – as well as leniency programme applications and governmental investigations of barriers to entry, market regulation, essential facilities, and abuse of dominance.
