About Rodrigo Barradas Muñiz

Rodrigo Barradas Muñiz is a counsel at Von Wobeser and has more than 13 years' experience in dispute resolution; he is licensed to practise law in both Mexico and New York. He has extensive experience in commercial arbitration and in litigation before Mexican courts, both federal and state, in commercial, constitutional and administrative disputes in different sectors. Rodrigo has acted as counsel in institutional arbitrations (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, AAA, ICDR, UNCITRAL, CAM, CANACO) in many sectors, and is an expert in obtaining interim measures and in the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
