About Andrés N Rubinoff

Andrés N Rubinoff has led some of the most important and relevant M&A transactions, both national and international, that have been carried out recently in Panama. He has solid and accredited experience advising buyers and sellers in sectors as diverse as the automotive, aeronautical, food, chemical, television and communications media, insurance, etc. Before joining Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega, Andrés worked as a senior research associate for the Corporate Executive Board Company, Washington, DC and later as an associate with Greenberg Traurig, PA in Miami. He has a JD from the University of Miami School of Law, and a BSc from Georgetown University.
