Daniela Delvalle specialises in serving corporate clients at Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega in the areas of banking and finance, securities regulation, M&A, taxation and corporations. Daniela’s recent M&A experience includes participating in the USD36 million Lenus Capital Partners’ acquisition of the Medicadiz Hospital; IMC Alimentação’s sale of its restaurant operations at Tocumen International Airport and Carl´s Jr. franchise in Panama; A&M Capital Europe’s majority investment in Ayesa; and Quinto Andar’s acquisition of Navent Group in a cross-border proptech. She has an LLM in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a master’s in law and finance from Oxford University, and an LLB from Santa Maria la Antigua University.
