Fernando Boyd is a partner in the estate planning and corporate services department at Morgan & Morgan. He specialises in business and corporate law, estate planning, private interest foundations, and company formation and management. Fernando has over 15 years' experience in advising local and international corporations on complex matters such as group restructurings, asset protection and management and private equity investments. He is recognised for his knowledge of Panamanian corporate law, and has also specialised in the creation and administration of complex multi-client and multi-jurisdictional structures.
