Kharla Aizpurua Olmos is a partner in the corporate law department, co-heads the banking and finance team, and leads the technology and data protection practice at Morgan & Morgan. She advises on both local and cross-border financing transactions and has been involved in operations related to syndicated loans, acquisition finance, public project financing, securitisations, public issuances, M&A, and advisory services related to the telecommunications, fintech, start-ups, and e-commerce sectors, compliance, cybersecurity and data protection.
