Kharla Aizpurúa Olmos is a partner in the corporate law department at Morgan & Morgan. Kharla also co-heads the banking and finance practice area, and leads the technology and data protection practice area. She advises on both local and cross-border financing transactions and has been involved in operations related to syndicated loans, acquisition finance, public project financing (transportation and energy), securitisations, public issuances, M&As, and advisory services related to the telecommunications, fintech, start-up, and e-commerce sectors, compliance, cybersecurity, and data protection.
