Inocencio Galindo is a partner and leads Morgan & Morgan’s mining and natural resources practice and its corporate investigations and compliance practice. He is also co-leader of the project development and public procurement practice and the banking and finance practice. He is highly recognised for his experience in corporate and commercial law and M&A. He has over 25 years of experience and has played a significant role in the development and financing of large infrastructure projects, such as Lines 1, 2 and 3 of the Panama Metro, toll road projects, electricity generation, potable water and sanitation, and the Cobre Panama mining project (the largest private investment in Panama’s history), as well as all types of related disputes, including arbitration.
