Joy Paull Torres
is a senior associate in Morgan & Morgan’s litigation and dispute resolution, criminal law, and corporate investigations and compliance practices. He represents both defendants and plaintiffs in criminal and constitutional cases at the national level, participating in hearings that must be conducted before Panamanian courts. Joy has over eight years of experience in the national public sector, having been part of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the National Mortgage Bank, the Superintendence of Insurance, the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic. Since 2016, he has served as a Prosecutor in the Metropolitan Area under the rules of the Accusatory Penal System.
