About Miguel Arias

Miguel Arias is an international associate in the corporate law department at Morgan & Morgan. He regularly represents clients in matters related to syndicated loans, acquisition finance, public project financing, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, start-ups, fintech, technology and e-commerce. As a member of the start-ups service at the firm, he has advised clients at different stages and fundraising rounds. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Miguel worked as an international law clerk in the Latin American corporate law and international arbitration departments of the major US law firm, Holland & Knight LLP (Miami, USA).
