About Mónica Moreno

Mónica Moreno is a senior associate in the banking and finance, M&A, securities, capital markets, project development, public procurement, and corporate and commercial law groups at Morgan & Morgan. She has more than 15 years of experience, and before joining the Firm she actively participated in structuring strategic investments and advising on multimillion-dollar transactions, including renewable energy projects (Penonomé wind farm, Ikakos solar park), hospital acquisitions, international bond issuances, and major infrastructure financings such as Panama Metro Line 2. She has also served as general counsel for a private equity firm and advised on cross-border matters in the energy, infrastructure, and financial sectors in Panama and the Dominican Republic.
