About Roberto Vidal

Roberto Vidal is a partner in the corporate law department at Morgan & Morgan, and co-heads the M&A practice. He specialises in banking law, insurance law, project finance, M&A, capital markets and regulatory matters. He has participated in and led transactions from various industries. He also assists local and international clients in the fintech industry with respect to regulatory matters for the implementation of fintech products and tools in Panama, such as, e-wallets, exchanges, and payment services providers. He was previously an international associate at White & Case, LLP in Miami, USA, where he worked in corporate law, reviewing M&A, project finance, securities matters, etc.
