Carlos Urzúa is a partner at Dentons Chile, and his expertise is focused on corporate matters, reorganisations and liquidations. Regarding insolvency law, his practice focuses on representing companies in liquidation and/or restructuring proceedings and negotiating associated contracts. In the last 24 months, he advised Papa John’s International Inc, the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee of Alto Maipo Delaware LLC and Alto Maipo SpA, IWG PLC, South America Retail Group SpA, and Viña Santa Mónica Limitada, among others, in different insolvency proceedings or restructuring consultancies. Carlos is the leader of the restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy group at Dentons Chile.
