About Daniel Cristi

Daniel Cristi is senior associate of the restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy group at Dentons Chile. He has more than 11 years of practice advising clients in corporate, energy, real estate, and bankruptcy matters. He has substantial experience assisting creditors in negotiating debt settlements with their debtors and representing clients on bankruptcy and/or reorganisation procedures. He has advised a wide variety of foreign creditors in liquidation and reorganisation procedures. Among the clients he has advised are Papa John’s International Inc, Inmobiliaria Distrito Nororiente SpA, Grupo Convertidor Papelero S.R.L. and IWG PLC.
