José Ignacio Morán
has more than ten years of experience advising a wide range of national and foreign clients, including mining, energy, industrial and agricultural national and foreign companies. His practice is focused on environmental and natural resources law, where he has specialised further on water law. He also has experience in mining and specialised litigation. José Ignacio leads Dentons’ environment and natural resources department in Chile and in Latin America and the Caribbean. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
