About Pauline Chiffelle

Pauline Chiffelle has more than 30 years of experience, with a special focus on litigation, reorganisation, and liquidation of companies. She has advised (among other companies) Papa John’s International, Leatt, Monrabal Chile SpA and Ursus Trotter S.A. in relation to insolvency and reorganisation proceedings. Furthermore, she has led complex insolvency procedures involving the simultaneous reorganisation of a group of related companies, holding cross-secured debts. Before becoming a partner of Dentons Chile she worked at Nieto Moran & Cía. and at Urrutia & Cía., where she co-led bankruptcy, restructuring, and dispute resolution teams.
