About Rodrigo Sanhueza

Rodrigo Sanhueza is a partner and co-leader in the labour and employment law group at Dentons’ Chile office. Rodrigo focuses his practice on labour litigation and provides strategic advice on corporate labour and compliance matters. Before joining Dentons, he served as Chief of Advisers to the National Labour Director at the Labour Directorate. He is also a specialist in the application of the Labour Inclusion Law. The International Labor Organization appointed him as an external adviser for developing a public policy project aimed at improving the implementation of such regulations, reinforcing his expertise in labour compliance and inclusive workplace policies.
