About Andrés Kuan-Veng

Andrés Kuan-Veng is a partner at Rubio Leguía Normand and has over 20 years’ experience in corporate and finance matters, advising on international securities offerings, acquisitions of private and publicly listed companies, project finance, asset-backed financings and banking regulatory issues. He has participated in public and private issuances in international markets, transactions involving tender offers, corporate reorganisations and major project developments in sectors such as energy, mining and infrastructure. His practice spans banking and finance, capital markets, corporate, M&A and project finance, assisting both local and international companies. Andrés is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
