Andrés Kuan-Veng heads the finance and corporate practice at Rubio Leguía Normand, specialising in capital markets, sovereign debt, corporate law, securities, M&A and banking law, among other areas. With more than 25 years of experience, he has participated in public and private securities issuances in the international market (including IPOs and issues under Regulation S and Rule 144-A), the acquisition of companies (including listed companies through public tender offers), the financing of projects with special concentration in energy sectors and infrastructure (health, ports and roads), asset-backed financing (including securitisations) and banking regulation.
