About Benedikt Xylander

Benedikt Xylander is a senior associate at Raue, with a special focus on international family and estate law in the firm’s private clients group. He advises on all family and estate law matters, including prenuptial and post-divorce agreements, as well as arrangements for separation and divorce, before the courts and out of court, the distribution of assets, matters of child custody and maintenance, and the drafting and reviewing of wills and succession planning. Benedikt’s main area of practice is the litigation of complex divorces and estates, often with cross-border implications. He is a lecturer for international family law.
