About Franziska Kästle

Franziska Kästle is an associate at Raue, where she specialises in international family and inheritance law in the firm’s private clients group. She advises clients on all family and estate law matters, including pre- and postnuptial agreements, separation and divorce proceedings, the distribution of assets, matters of child custody and maintenance, and complex property disputes, with a particular focus on international and cross-border situations. Franziska holds a double degree in French and German law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Cologne, and has completed training at the Hague Conference on Private International Law, among other institutions.
