About Katharina Wodarz

Katharina Wodarz is a partner at Raue. She is a regulatory lawyer with a focus on the healthcare sector. She primarily advises healthcare and life sciences companies as well as investment companies in transactional matters, on the implementation of innovative business models and on reimbursement issues. She is also an experienced litigator before the administrative and social courts as well as in competition litigation in the healthcare sector before the civil courts and the European courts. She is a member of the board of the German Association for Panel Doctor’s Law (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Kassenarztrecht), of the Academic Advisory Board of the Bucerius Law School Institute of Medical Law and a member of the International Bar Association (Healthcare and Life Sciences Law Committee).
