About Nadine Hartung

Nadine Hartung is a partner at Raue, advising international companies and investors on M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and corporate disputes. She focuses on the healthcare and life sciences sectors. She also has extensive experience in advising on private equity and venture capital financings, and in capital markets law in general. She is a member of the International Bar Association (Corporate and M&A Law Committee, Healthcare and Life Sciences Law Committee, European Regional Forum, Women Lawyers’ Committee), VGR Wissenschaftliche Vereinigung für Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht, and the Section for Commercial and Corporate Law of the German Bar Association.
