About Alan Bercow

Alan Bercow is a partner and member of the Cayman dispute resolution department at Appleby. He joined the firm in November 2023 from Stephenson Harwood in London where he was a partner and co-head of the fraud and asset recovery team. Alan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and is on the roster of arbitrators of the Cayman International Mediation and Arbitration Centre. Alan acts on a broad range of corporate and commercial disputes, which have included some of the largest cases before the English courts. He has extensive arbitration experience. His clients include companies, directors, high-net-worth individuals and insolvency practitioners.
