Dean has a diverse corporate practice encompassing mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, joint ventures, insurance and reinsurance, and general corporate advisory. His M&A practice includes take privates, de-SPAC transactions, and regulated M&A involving the acquisition and disposal of Cayman-licensed insurers and financial groups.
