About Jae Shin

Jae Shin is a senior associate in the dispute resolution department at Appleby. He is an attorney with substantial experience acting for and advising high-profile individual and corporate clients across a wide range of commercial disputes and litigation. Jae’s experience spans insolvency disputes as well as claims in relation to directors’ duties and regulatory investigations, as well as advising on litigation risks for various corporate clients involved in major mergers and acquisitions. Prior to practising in the Cayman Islands, Jae held the role of tipstaff (a role analogous to a judicial clerk) to a judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
