James Mossetto is a senior associate in the funds and investment services team at Appleby in the Cayman Islands, specialising in AIF and investment management matters. James represents private funds, investment managers, family offices and institutional investors. His principal focus is on fund formation and ongoing operations, and his practice encompasses venture capital, digital assets, and tokenised structures, as well as co-investments and primary and secondary fund investments. James counsels both established and emerging managers. He previously practised in London in the funds and investment management teams of a US law firm and a magic circle law firm.
