About Maree Martin

Maree Martin acts as counsel in Appleby’s corporate department and, in addition to advising on a wide range of general corporate matters, works closely with the investment funds and regulatory teams in the Cayman Islands. Maree advises fund service providers on the formation, regulatory requirements, governance, structuring and termination of all types of Cayman Islands investment funds. Prior to joining Appleby, Maree worked for a leading offshore firm in their corporate funds group. Maree is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
